Hocking Hills Dining Lodge

Dress Guide

Since Glenlaurel is a resort, we want all guests to feel at ease and dress comfortably. During the day, casual clothing is appropriate anywhere on the property (including your three-course breakfast in the Manor House). If you are joining us for our six or seven-course candlelit dinner, we do ask that you follow our dinner dress code or you may not be granted entry to our dining rooms. Please no midriff baring tops, sweatpants, cut-off shorts, no sleeveless shirts, sweatpants, or cut-off shorts.

Glenlaurel includes dressing up for dinner! For most guests, our candlelit meal sets the mood for a special occasion so we do ask that all of our dining guests help contribute to the ambiance; our dinner dress code begins at 6 p.m. in the Manor House with our social hour. Suggestions for our lasses – a dress, skirt and blouse, or pantsuit. For the lads – a sports jacket or suit, a necktie and dress slacks are recommended. At a minimum, a long sleeve shirt and dress slacks are acceptable for dinner and social hour. Kilts are acceptable any night of the week! If you arrive in inappropriate dress, you may be asked to dine alone or sent off with your paid meal in a box!

We ask that you please respect the dress code for the ambiance of the other Hocking Hills dining guests, and that you enjoy your fine dining experience with us here at Glenlaurel!
