The Ross Suite

The spacious Ross Suite is located on the second level of the Carriage House and has a fantastic view of the treetops via the widespan sliding doors. The suite consists of one large room with a King-sized sleigh bed with leather inserts on the headboard and a freestanding gas log fireplace located at the foot of the bed, perfect for setting a romantic mood. Decorated in light airy colors, the suite includes a kitchenette, a cozy sitting area, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system with a full Bluetooth-ready theater experience. The spacious spa-like bathroom has a two-person shower stall and a claw foot pedestal tub, which is a suite unto itself!

The suite’s name, Ross, derives from the ancient Celtic word “Ros,” meaning “a promontory,” in this case the lands of Easter Ross. The clan is known to Highlanders as Clann Aindreas – the sons of Andrew and was called Clann Andrias in Gaelic.
