The Bruce – West Croft

Robert the Bruce was the king who changed the face of Scotland. He picked up the freedom gauntlet from William Wallace and proceeded to confront the English in the battle of Bannockburn. One of the three West Crofts in the Hamlet, the Bruce Croft contains images of Robert the Bruce set on a warm golden palette signifying the romantic side of chivalry. The words carved in the mantle are the exact words that are cut in the stone that covers the grave of the heart of Robert at Glastonbury.

Two handsome wing back chairs at fireside are reminiscent of his and her thrones. The view from the corner desk overlooks the ravine named Bannock Burn. Other features include a small kitchenette, entertainment center with TV & Blu-Ray player, a stone fireplace, a large bathroom with two-person shower, and a private deck and hot tub.
