Tee off in Hocking County. There are only a couple golf courses in the Hocking Hills region for the golf enthusiast.
"The Scottish Links at Glenlaurel"(coming spring/summer 2012) will consist of eight links-style holes. The golfers experience will replicate that of Scottish golf from over 100 years ago, while playing on actual sand greens and tees and using original Hickory Shaft Clubs and sand tees.
The Scottish Links at Glenlaurel will be private and for guest use when they stay at Glenlaurel. The wood shaft golf clubs, golf balls and bag will be rented to our guests.
It would be difficult today to find any golfer that has played on such a course and experienced golf as played over 100 years ago, and not say it is one of their best ever golf memories. Come visit, enjoy, and make a lifelong memory.
The Brass Ring Golf Club located in Logan is a public 18-hole regulation course that is both challenging and affordable. The rugged, yet scenic hillside course has a par 71 measuring 5,861 yards. The rolling terrain has been modified into a magnificent layout by designer, Jack Kidwell. We'd be glad to schedule your tee time or you may call the Pro Shop directly to schedule your own tee time, (740) 385-3806.
