Located on a ridge overlooking our enchanting Camusfearna Gorge, the old world Manor House may be the perfect setting for your day of celebration--now and into the future. Not only do we invite you to be married here on the grounds, but we also invite you to return year after year as members of our Anniversary Club honoring your commitment to each other. If you do, you will join many other couples who annually return to "the home place."

An Intimate Affair

Intimate Weeknight Wedding: You may choose to have a private wedding for just the two of you. Your wedding package (for two) includes a cozy, luxurious croft or cottage with hot tub and gas fireplace, wedding coordination, and wedding ceremony – conducted by Connie Crist - on the lawn, at a lovely spot in our Camusfearna Gorge, or before the elegant Manor House fireplace. You will also receive a wonderful Bridal Package and breakfast the following morning. Following your ceremony is an intimate candlelit dinner. Please call for pricing.

Intimate Weekend Wedding: The same as above, but for the weekend with a two-night stay (a picnic lunch is also included). Please call pricing.

The Ultimate Elope: This three-day luxury escape is the ideal way to elope. Come to your wee cottage in the woods the day before your wedding to rest your mind and delight in your anticipation. Eat a lovely dinner, then sleep well and wake refreshed. Enjoy a full breakfast, take a rejuvenating walk in our gorge, then return to your cottage for a picnic lunch and a relaxing massage at the spa. Soak in your hot tub, then dress for your intimate wedding ceremony in the Manor House at 6:00 p.m. Join other Inn guests for hors d’oeuvres and beverages in the Loch Ness Pub (they will be so delighted to congratulate you and celebrate with you!), you'll then be led to your candlelit table for two for your wedding dinner. Spend your wedding night in your luxurious cottage, then stay one more night – your honeymoon – and enjoy the special feelings of your new lifetime commitment.

Weekday: Your package price includes: 3 nights accommodation, a gourmet breakfast for two each morning, a 6-course dinner for two (both evenings), a gourmet picnic lunch for two, two one-hour massages at our spa, wedding ceremony fee, and sweetheart package in your room. Please call for pricing.

Renew Your Love: Recommitment/Vow Renewal...You may choose any of our beautiful wedding plans for your vow renewal. To celebrate the beauty of your marriage and your ever-deepening love, you may repeat the vows you said the first time, write new ones to signify the path you’ve traveled together, or consult with our wedding coordinator about beautiful recommitment prose.

Honeymoon Packages: Just coming for your honeymoon? After months of detailed planning, the wedding of your dreams is over and the two of you, exhausted and exhilarated, are ready to be together like never before. When you arrive at Glenlaurel for your honeymoon, you will know without a doubt that you are in the perfect place to conclude your day of wonder. Your wee cottage is quiet, the fire is lit to welcome you, and soft music embraces you as you come through the door (for more romance, pre-arrange for the music of your choice to be playing when you arrive!).

Whether you stay the night before your honeymoon departure, or you've come to Glenlaurel for your honeymoon, you will leave relaxed and refreshed. All honeymooners are automatically enrolled in our Anniversary Club to receive future discounts.

Celtic Woodland Wedding (Afternoon)
The outdoor wedding of your dreams is about to unfold…

Your guests (up to 35, seasonal) are greeted by the sound of the Great Highland bagpipes (optional)
calling to them from the edge of the forest. They are seated in a lush, wooded amphitheatre.
The smell of honeysuckle is in the air. They hear the sounds of singing birds, distant waterfalls,
and leaves rustling in the breeze. They turn to see you, the sunlight glinting through
the trees and softly shimmering in your hair.
You’re floating like a dream into this enchanted clearing where your beloved awaits you…

The Details: The afternoon Celtic Woodland Wedding can accommodate up to 35 guests (seasonal), for a 1:00 p.m. ceremony. Followed by an hors d’oeuvres reception until 4:00 p.m. The wedding ceremony will be held in our outdoor wooded amphitheatre and the reception will take place under our covered, open-air terrace.

Celtic Woodland Wedding (Evening)

The most delicious woodland wedding begins when you arrive at Glenlaurel the evening before your wedding for a night of secluded and luxurious relaxation. You awake to a gourmet breakfast, take a reflective stroll in our gorge to watch the waterfalls and savor your anticipation. Return to your room for a relaxing whirlpool bath, a massage, and a leisurely afternoon of dressing for your beloved.

Your guests arrive at 4:00, the cool evening breezes ruffle through the lush wooded amphitheatre, then your wedding ceremony begins with the sounds of Celtic music. Later, under a lovely, open-air terrace, and the most exquisite six or seven-course dinner, for all to celebrate the joining of two souls who will walk the rest of this life together.

The Details: The Evening Celtic Woodland Wedding with a dinner reception can accommodate up to 30 guests for a 5:00 ceremony to be held outdoors in Glenlaurel’s wooded wedding amphitheatre. The ceremony is followed by beverages on our lovely, open-air terrace. Twinkle lights and candlelight accompany the sounds of nature while your exquisite five or seven-course dinner is served. Your invited guests will stay in luxurious accommodations and enjoy a hot tub or whirlpool soak, a walk through our private gorge, and a hearty breakfast.

Highlands Wedding (Evening)

No need to worry about the weather. Your ceremony is held outdoors in our wooded amphitheatre, under our covered terrace
on the edge of the woods, or in our St. Andrews Hall.

The Details: This Highlands Wedding is intimate and lovely, and perfect at any time of year, regardless of the weather. Invite up to 8 guests to attend your ceremony and an exquisite six or seven-course meal. Choose an outdoor ceremony, or for winter months or during adverse weather, have the ceremony in our covered terrace or St. Andrews Hall. Guests will then move to our Loch Ness Pub for hors d’oeuvres and beverages, then be seated at the house table for dinner.

Anniversary Club

Make Glenlaurel your anniversary tradition. When you join our anniversary club, you will receive a 10% discount on your first stay for one night’s lodging. When you return the following year (on your anniversary), you will receive a 20% discount and each year after, on your anniversary, you’ll receive an additional 10% discount - up to 50% off one night’s lodging (this applies for consecutive years stay). In addition, you’ll receive a keepsake plate with Glenlaurel’s creative design.

There are a few rules that apply…the discount is only valid the day of, the day before, or the day after your anniversary. It is not valid with any other offers and weekends are a two-night minimum.
