offer two packages for your conference needs. The
Complete Meeting Package and the Day Meeting Package.
Our all inclusive, price-per-person plan makes it easy
to budget for meetings, and provides everything you'll
need for a successful event with no hidden costs.
The Complete Meeting Package is a simplified method of
pricing, which "groups" all conference related charges
into one convenient easy-to-budget cost per attendee.
The group rate for an overnight business retreat
scheduled Monday-Thursday averages $250 per person/per
night (double occupancy) or $370 per person (single
occupancy).
The Complete Meeting Package includes:
- Guest Accommodations in our rooms, suites, crofts, or
cottages.
- Full gourmet breakfast, lunch, and five course dinner.
- Server, cheese & fruit plate, and soft drinks during
Happy Half Hour.
- Morning and afternoon snacks in the conference room.
- Beverages during the meeting (coffee, hot tea, soda, &
bottled water).
- Use of meeting room with conference capability.
- Standard business equipment (see
conference
facilities).
- Professional Conference Planner dedicated to
coordinating all aspects of your meeting.
- All service charges related to package inclusions.
The Day Meeting at Glenlaurel offers a simplified method
of pricing that combines the meeting space, meals,
refreshment breaks, standard audio/visual and gratuities
into one, all-inclusive price per person. It's an
easy & cost-efficient way to budget and plan for day
meetings.
Typically, Day Meeting's are held from 9:00 am to 5:00
pm. The average cost for a group of 20, all
inclusive with meeting room, equipment, beverages,
snacks, lunch, taxes, and gratuities is $975.
Costs vary depending on the package parameters. If
you wish to add additional services (i.e. spa services
and/or team building courses), the costs will vary
dependent on the type and quantity of services added.
The Day Meeting Package includes:
- All day refreshment break with assorted baked goods
(morning) and nutritious
snacks (afternoon).
- Deluxe continental breakfast or a luncheon buffet.
- Morning and afternoon snacks in the conference room.
- Beverages during the meeting (coffee, hot tea, soda, &
bottled water).
- Use of meeting room with conference capability.
- Standard business equipment (see
conference
facilities).
- Professional Conference Planner dedicated to
coordinating all aspects of your meeting.
- All service charges related to package inclusions.
