The cool, damp, and moist weather is perfect for morel mania! Morel hunters know where to go, but don't bother asking where they look because that's their secret. You can check spots around bases of dying elm trees or a grove of pine trees...they rarely come up in the same spot though. Sort of like a baby, some say morels grow right before your eyes so look carefully and watch your step! Let the hunting season begin.
