Drum roll please...the 2010 Hospitality Hero goes to Byron Guy. Byron works in our dining room and had the most nominations for 2010. Byron's dedication and excellent service to our guests was outstanding! He provided all of his usual information & exceptional service, which shows why he won the award. Byron was recognized at the HHTA (Hocking Hills Tourism Association) dinner on February 24th. Congratulations Byron!
