 Appetizer: Saffron fennel potato cake, smoked salmon mousseline, lemon tarragon crème fraiche

 Garnish: Chive oil and fennel frond

Sorbet: Orange Lavender Sorbet

Entrée: Citrus Ohio Proud Maple Brined Duck Breast, bacon wrapped asparagus, sweet potato lentils laced with rainier cherries.

Garnish: Julienne vegetable nest, roasted corn puree, micro greens

Dessert: Molten Chocolate Torte, Raspberry Champagne Sabayon, Vanilla Chantilly Cream.

Garnish: raspberry coulis, fresh raspberries, powdered sugar


Six-Course Dinner – seating at 5pm
